My lawful basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interests: responding to genuine business enquiries and managing communication related to my services. If a conversation develops into client work, I may also process data as part of taking steps before entering into a contract.

How long I keep enquiry data

I keep enquiry submissions for up to 12 months unless there is a continuing client relationship or a legal reason to keep relevant records for longer.

Who processes data on my behalf

This website uses third-party providers to help it function securely:

• Cloudflare for website hosting, security, the contact form worker, and Turnstile verification
• Google Gmail for receiving and storing enquiry emails

These services may process technical data as part of delivering the site and contact form securely.

International transfers

Some service providers I use may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, I rely on the provider’s appropriate safeguards and standard protections for personal data.
